Dr.Öğr.Üyesi Eser AĞAR
Born in Adana in 1977, Eser Ağar completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Adana. He started his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and graduated in 2001. In 2002, he began his specialization training in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a specialist doctor in 2006.
Due to his interest in aesthetic surgery, he worked with the world-renowned Dr. Red Alinsod in Los Angeles, United States, in 2011, focusing on genital aesthetic operations such as Labiaplasty, Labium Majus Aesthetics, Clitoral Aesthetics, Hymenoplasty, Vaginal Rejuvenation, and Vaginal Tightening. Upon returning from the United States, he served at Silivri Anadolu Hospital and Silivri Medical Park Hospital.
In 2017, he began serving his patients in his own clinic. Having received the title of Dr. Instructor in 2016, Dr. Eser Ağar has contributed to the education of hundreds of students at Istanbul Gelişim University. His areas of expertise include cosmetic operations such as labiaplasty, vaginal tightening, OShot, hymenoplasty, laser treatments, HPV and wart treatment. He has published scientific publications and book chapters in these fields.
Dr. Instructor Member Eser Ağar is the first Turkish member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists and is also a board member of the Association of Gynecological Cosmetology and Pelvic Reconstruction.
His work on labiaplasty and the operation technique he developed has been published as a chapter in the "Current Gynecology and Obstetrics" book by the international publishing house, Academician Publisher.
Starting with the fact that the HPV virus is affecting more people globally every day, he has focused on the HPV virus, the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of genital warts. Since HPV generally affects couples, a holistic treatment approach is essential. Along with this need, he has also undertaken treatments related to HPV for male patients.
His work on HPV has been presented as papers at various conferences. The chapters and scientific articles on the effectiveness and applications of laser treatments in HPV therapy will soon meet the readers.
He performs surgical procedures and childbirth operations in the contracted hospitals.
